【Internship】 Real Estate Private Equity – Chenco Group
Opportunity for highly motivated individuals with exceptional potential to join one of the leading Chinese-operated real estate investment firms in the United States. Since 1991, Chenco has sponsored value-add real estate private equity funds totaling over $23 billion USD in asset acquisitions and dispositions.
Chenco seeks Interns to assist its Taipei team with all aspects of day-to-day business operations. The Interns will receive broad-based exposure to the full spectrum of real estate private equity. Applicants must have strong interpersonal abilities, good teamwork spirit, and dynamic verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Prior real estate experience is not required, but non-industry applicants should have strong analytical and quantitative skills.
The internship will start from early-August 2021 and last for 6 months. (At least 20 hours per week)
