工作內容

主要工作項目：

1. To collect and collate property data for updating the Company’s database on a regular basis as instructed by the Head of Research, Taiwan.
2. To assist in the production of regular in-house publications and ad hoc research assignments, including one-off memoranda and marketing briefs for corporate clients.
3. To assist in making presentation slides and conducting market surveys. This includes the collection and analysis of field research data, the construction of sector databases and the production of such survey reports.
4. To assist in other research-related tasks as necessary, such as providing analytical support, facilitating data visualization, and communication with stakeholders.

出差外派：無需出差外派

上班地點：台北市信義區信義路五段7號61樓

上班時間：9:00~18:00

休假制度：周休二日

條件要求

• Bachelor's degree in related fields is required. Master's degree preferred.
• Fresh graduates or those with one to two years of working experience are welcome to apply.
• Fluent spoken English and Mandarin, good writing skills in English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Other computer skills are a plus.
